Now recruiting: Experienced Part 2 / newly qualified Architect
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and talented candidate to join our friendly team in Leeds to work on a variety of projects. Rather than specialising in one sector or project stage, you will be exposed to different stages of design from early concepts to completion, through design development and technical design. A high level of design competency is required. You will work as part of a supportive project team; researching and developing architectural and technical solutions and coordinating designs with other consultants. You will work with BIM; generate CAD drawings and schedules, reports, and visualisations and build architectural models.
We support architectural assistants working towards their Part 3; offering financial assistance for study and membership fees and coaching students through the process with a 100% success rate.
About you
You should have 2-3 years’ experience post-Part 2, with a good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD and experience of UK based projects at both the planning and detail design stage. Working as part of a team together with a project lead you should be proactive, eager to learn and passionate about architecture. You will share our interests in community, heritage and regenerative design.
