Now recruiting: Project Architect

STAFF GG SEP2023 94

About the role

We are looking for an organised and talented Project Architect to join our friendly team in Leeds. Rather than specialising in one sector or project stage, you will work across different stages of design from early concepts to completion, through design development and technical design. One of your first projects will be to lead a flagship project, which will shortly start on site. You will nurture an effective and efficient project team; leading them to research and develop architectural and technical solutions and coordinate designs with other consultants. You will confidently work with BIM; generate CAD drawings and schedules, reports, and visualisations and build architectural models.

About you

You should be a qualified architect with solid experience running multiple concurrent projects. You will share our interests in community, heritage and regenerative design. You will need a good knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite and experience of UK based projects across the planning, detailed design and delivery stages. You will be able to balance multiple project deadlines and your approach to running a team will be warm and supportive.
