Compton Street residential scheme

We are delighted to provide details of a residential scheme that has recently been submitted for planning approval. Group Ginger have been working with a private client to design 3 new Mews houses on a derelict site in Compton, York.

Working within the tight constraints of the site, which is irregular and surrounded by existing buildings on three sides, we proposed a three storey set of mews houses. The massing of the properties has been minimised with the attic storey being set back from main elevations to maintain the residential street front.
